	This villa (on three floors) was built at the beginning of the 1.800's in a panoramic spot on the hillside, half way between Massa Lubrense and S.Agata. It has a large lawn to the front with a swimming pool measuring 8X4 metres and to the side of the lawn are olive trees. The villa is not suitable for those who prefer the "modem life" but it is ideal for those who prefer a taste of history set amongst flowers and greenery. There are numerous lovely walks to be enjoyed in the area. May we point out that if you are allergic to animals, the owners have two friendly basset/hounds and a cat. We approached the villa in a large car, along a steeply hump-backed road but if you prefer, you can park nearby and be collected.

	Amongst the positive comments received from satisfied guests (these can be seen on request), some in particular come to notice where the guests state that this property "far exceeded all their expectations". Understandable enthusiasm when one takes into account that the vast, panoramic apartment which we propose to you is on the upper floor of an antique villa set right in the heart of an immense citrus grove covering 15,000sq. mt. Nature at is best. It almost seems as if silence and sun are welded together to provide idyllic days for our guests who, without having to leave the grounds, can, if they wish, procure genuine local products from the person who looks after the grounds. The apartment, with independent access, has an ample panoramic terrace with deckchairs, sunbeds and sunshades. Nearest shops, bank and restaurants at 500 metres. The sea at about 1,5 Km, Sorrento at 4 Km and Positano at 9 Km. On arrival/departure day the owner will place his own car at guest disposal to carry the luggage from the car parking to the accommodation.

Just think, the ample terrace where one may sunbathe from which two of the five one-roomed apartments are acceded, is four metres above the sea level. On arrival you put on your swimming costume and only change out of it to walk the 50 metres to one of the local restaurants. Boats for excursions at a distance of 100 metres, sub-diving centre at 40 metres, shops, bar and bus stop for Sant'Agata and Sorrento - 50 metres. Automatic gate and car parking. Who could for more?

	This villa faces the enchanting bay of Nerano and is immersed between trees, terraces, lawns, climbing plants and tropical plants displaying many colours and perfumes. It has two covered terraces and two open ones, equipped with deckchairs, garden umbrellas, small tables and a gazebo. It is of a good size (sleeps 8+2) and is equipped with all comforts including central heating which makes it habitable even in winter. During the summer ceiling fans are in operation. The beach, restaurants and shops at a distance of 500 metres. Boats can be hired from the beach for exploring the nearby marine reserve at leranto, the splendid Amalfi coast and Capri. At a distance of 400 metres there is a scuba-diving centre for diving enthusiasts which rents out wetsuits and oxygen cylinders and can also supply instructors. Parking for 3 cars. Bus for Sorrento at approx. 100 metres.
