This villa is located in a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense and for this reason at a few minutes by car or by bus from both locations. To reach the villa characterized by sunny, well-lighted and well-furnished rooms, you have to go down little steps (about 100) spaced out by a path. The villa has every modern comfort, a terrace with sea-view, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
From this terrace, through a private stairs, there is direct access to the pebble beach. Walking along the sea, you reach in a few minutes the characteristic fishing port of Marina della Lobra, where you will find restaurants on the sea, bars, a minimarket and a disco. Sunbeds/sunchairs and sunshade are available on the beach and included in the price. At the top of the road there is the bus stop to Sorrento for this private estate, small/medium car recommended.

The villa of 130 sq. metres is composed of an ample living room with two double bed settee, 4 double or twin bedrooms or 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the terrace/solarium with sea-view equipped with sunchairs and sunbeds, well-furnished kitchen. All rooms have air-conditioning/heating. Sleeps 8; on request with bed settees 10.
