Entering by the main gate, you can park your car and going up few flat steps you reach the ample villa provided in total with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms develop over different levels: from the ample sea view terrace overlooking the Bay of Salerno and the little islands of "Li Galli" you enter on the ground floor and the day part of the house: main entrance, to the right you will find the kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and direct access to the terrace equipped with barbecue; to the left spacious lounge with sofas and fireplace (firewood free of charge), satellite TV, 1 bathroom with shower, service laundry room with iron and iron board, washing machine. Going up few flat steps you reach the first floor and the night relaxing part of the villa: 1 double bedroom with sea view terrace; 1 double bedroom (twin on request) with sea view terrace; 1 double bedroom with sea view terrace and garden view with lemons, oranges and cherry trees; bathroom with bath and shower. On the lower floor of the villa and adjacent there is the fourth bedroom consisting of a studio with sea view of 25 sq. metres with double bed settee and one extra single bed; kitchenette with 2 ring stove and fridge; air conditioning and heating; bathroom with shower; another sea view terrace, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, table and chairs.
