From here you can admire a stunning sunset drinking a glass of Italian wine. Being 1 km from the sea and the rocky beach and 2 km from the sandy beach, it is ideal for people who love tranquillity while at the same time being close to the centre of Sorrento and other exclusive resorts such as the Island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi accessible by sea or by car in about half an hour (one hour to Amalfi). Sorrento centre, the harbour with fast hydrofoils for excursions and railway station is 2 km away. Parking spaces. Bus stop, shops, bars, Capo di Sorrento centre at 300 metres. Cars not necessary. The villa manager, who acts as host and housekeeper lives in a separate area with a separate entrance. This is to guarantee complete assistance to guests, in total respect of your privacy. |

From a private road you can park under a spacious pergola and descending 8 steps there is access to the garden and to the ample villa of 300 sq. metre in an antique Tuscan style, fitted with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, built on 2 levels both with sea view terraces:
- ground floor: ample living/dining-room with fireplace, lounge chairs, armchairs, satellite TV, internet connection and direct access to the sea view terrace, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden area with wood-fired oven for pizzas and barbecue;
- first floor: going up 18 flight steps you will find the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms with shower, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (double bed on request) and third bathroom with shower in the corridor. From the 3 rooms there is direct access to the sea view terrace fitted with a pergola with flowers, table and chairs. In front the villa entrance is a wide portico equipped with a large table and chairs for your meals “al fresco”. The lower floor of the garden is reachable by stone staircase (about twenty steps) framed by lush bushes and close to the pool you will find a gazebo fitted with tables and chairs. Electricity, water, gas, hairdryers and courtesy kit in every bathroom, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric oven, wood-fired oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, barbecue, microwave, Satellite Tv, stereo, Internet connection and Wi-Fi, fireplace and baby cot. Daily cleaning of the home, garden and pool (3 hours a day, 6 days per week), daily change of bathroom and kitchen linen, midweek change of bed linen and pool towels. Private swimming pool with hydro massage corner, solarium and shower (13 x 5 metres large and from 1,20 to 1,80 deep) with sunbeds open all year long. Parking spaces.
