- ground floor: ample living-room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with CD player, internet connection and direct access to the sea view terrace, bar corner with garden access, kitchen with wood-fired oven for pizzas and electric oven and two accesses to terraces located on two sides of the villa, bathroom with shower;

- first floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds in a walk-through-room and bathroom with shower, access to private terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to private terrace.

- Studio 1: (on the ground floor) living room with sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Electricity over to 250 Kw (payment in the resort according to consumption). Compulsory cleaning during the week (6 hours a day, 5 days per week at Euro 390,00 for 20 people; Euro 390,00 for 12 people; Euro 325,00 for 8 people); final cleaning Euro 200,00 per week. Personal chef and assistant on request. Heating (gas).
